How can I contact customer support?
It’s simple: telepathy!
If you aren’t too skilled in mindreading, though, you can always just go the easy way. Call or email us! We are available from Monday to Friday for any queries you may have. Before you contact us, please remember to check our FAQ’s to make sure that your question isn’t already addressed. Saves us both time!
If you have checked the FAQ page and you see that your concern hasn’t been addressed, feel free to click the tab at the top of the site that says ‘contact us.’ It’s easy from there: fill in your name and email, and then give us the subject of your query along with your message. The Garment Printing team will receive your message with all of the information needed to reply to you.
If you’d prefer to contact us directly and not via a query message on the site, you can send your question via email to sales@GarmentPrinting.com.au. We’ll always try to respond to your email as soon as we can, usually within a day or two. If by any chance you don’t hear from us after two days, it’s recommended that you should check your junk mail folder to ensure that our email responses aren’t being sent there.
If you’re not fond of Facebook or just hate businesses spamming you to like their Facebook pages, it may seem like we’re just trying to make you do that. But here’s the thing – when you like our page, you’re given direct access to us via the message function available on the page. Worth it, right?
