Q. How to avail the Price Beat?

Answer: Accepted File Formats

•    Raster Images: PNG, JPG/JPEG, GIF, BMP
•    Vector Images: EPS, PS, AI
•    Photoshop Images: PSD, TIF/TIFF

Design should be sized to print. The higher quality the image you upload, the higher quality your results will be. 

Q. How does my artwork get sized? 

Answer: The artwork is automatically created from the design you provide, so the sizing is decided by you. We do it exactly as you design and don't adjust it in any way.  
To help you get the print size you want, our online designer shows the final size of the print in cm

Q. How do background colours get removed from artworks?

Answer: When you place an order, one of our garment printing specialists checks whether your design/artwork does not have excess background colour. 

In most instances, due to their years of expertise, our specialists can determine whether you intended for the background colour to be removed and will do so if required. If we are unsure, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm. 

Q. How can I send you my artwork?

Answer: You can choose to email us your artwork along with your order details at sales@garmentprinting.com.au. You can also directly upload your designs while using our free online designer when placing your order.

Our preferred formats are vector files and high-resolution PDF, JPG, CDR, TIFF, Illustrator EPS, and PSD with all text converted to outlines. For non-vector files, 300 dpi is ideal.
