Shipping + Production Time Information
All timeframes includes Production and Shipping days. It gives an estimate that after how many days you will get your order at your doorstep.
Our Standard Delivery orders are printed and delivered within 14 business days (Approx).
IIf you’re in a rush, don't panic! We’ve got a rush order method just for you! Please choose one of our Express Delivery (4-6 Business Days), Rush Delivery (3 Business Days), or Next Day Delivery (1 Business Day) options during the ‘shipping’ section of checkout.
We ship Australia wide with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers, depending on the delivery address. Standard shipping can take between 1-5 business days depending on your location. Once the order is printed we do our best to get your order on the road as soon as possible. So, you should expect delivery within 14 business days of placing the order. For non-metro locations, shipping can take a few extra days. We will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. If you require your delivery by a certain date, please email us then contact us so we can do our best to get it out on time.
Time frames are valid for orders placed before 10am that day.
**note shipping times are a guideline and Garment Printing Australia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Local pickup in Sydney (Castel Hill) is also available for all those options and can be selected during the ‘shipping’ section of checkout.
Garment Printing will not be responsible for any storage or holding charges applied by the freight company due to delivery delays caused by any condition of the receiver, including unavailability (including situations where the freight company is unable to contact the receiver). All such charges must be paid by the receiver.
