had a fantastic experience with Garment Print. Their customer service is absolutely excellent — friendly, helpful and very professional from start to finish. A special thank you to Hazel, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy. She was responsive, patient and very pleasant to deal with. The quality of the printing is excellent, their prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. I was really happy with both the service and the final result. I would definitely recommend Garment Print to anyone looking for great quality printing, fair prices and outstanding customer service. I will absolutely be using them again. From first enquiry to order, Robert Brown guided and assisted in everyway possible, making the process as easy as possible for me as the client. Good quality product
Customer service was very helpful. I was after a certain colour for a t-shirt which wasn't on the website however on contacting customer service via the live chat, they were able to find the colour I wanted. The promptness in response via the Live chat function was fantastic to quickly sort out my order. Delivery was as stated on the website. The quality of the t-shirt is actually better than I expected. It didn't shrink after being in the dryer.

Already thinking about next order
Already thinking about my next purchase! I bought an XL Comfort colours lightweight sweater in ‘butter’ with a customised print. Quality of print is fantastic and sweater is soft and comfortable and cute as an oversized item (I am a women’s size 14 and pair it with shorts or tights). Ordering was very easy, the step-by-step process was user friendly and easy to access. Staff followed up with me to check I was happy with my order. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Garment Printing to anyone trying to decide which printing company to go with!

I have used Garment Printing a few time for both work uniforms and personal t-shirts and they have always been of excellent quality, well priced and the service has been 5 star every time. It's very easy to use the website when designing clothing and I like that you can do a small order and not have to order 50 shirts at a time.

Great production partner
Very professional and swift communication with quote and sample photos. Production turnaround was as promised and very fast. A few months in an many washes later I can confirm that both the T-shirt quality as well as the print is premium and long-lasting. No uneven seams, colour brightness still like on day 1. We'll order again :-)

Designing and Ordering of T-Shirt
Designing my t-shirt was quite easy with the procedure being user friendly and leading to the placement of the order and payment thereof. The quality of the shirt was very good. Deliver was prompt and there were not problems throughout the process.

The Over 70 Gang
From choosing a design and having Alvin from the company assist along the line was fantastic. It was so pleasing to be able to bounce ideas off a human and not an AI computer. I have been in Emergency Services for over 50 years and decided to recognise my friends by making 'Speacial Occasion Shirts'. They have been a massive hit with my fellow SES members. The shirts are first class. Everyone who has received one has said they wear them often because they are so comfortable. The artwork and printing are a highlight. So Professional and really stand out. No cheap iron on transfer to be seen. Wha made it so pleasureable and easy was the assistance given by Alvin. All through the process it was great. If you need any shirts and printing this should be your first and last choice. 10/10.
