If your design has very fine lines, we may suggest an alternative such as DTF or embroidery for those elements.

Minimum order quantities depend on the decoration method. DTF printing has no minimum, embroidery starts from 5 pieces, and sublimation from 10 pieces. Screen printing is generally more cost-effective from around 20 pieces upwards. When you are ready to reorder, contact our team with your previous order details and we will repeat your design, placement and method. Please note that garment colours and styles are subject to availability from our suppliers.

Standard turnaround is typically 7 to 12 business days from the date your artwork is approved and your order is confirmed. Turnaround varies depending on the decoration method, order quantity and garment availability. Embroidery orders require digitising of your logo before production begins, which is factored into this timeline. If you have a launch date or tight deadline, we offer express turnaround options, so contact our team before placing your order to confirm availability.

For the best result, supply your artwork as a vector file in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format. Vector files print cleanly at any size, which is important for large back prints and oversized graphics. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, it should be a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. For embroidery orders, our in-house team will digitise your artwork at no extra cost. If you are unsure about your file, send it through and our design team will review it and advise.

Turn garments inside out before washing and use a cold or warm machine wash cycle. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and dry cleaning solvents, as these can break down inks and loosen embroidery threads over time. For printed designs, including DTF, screen print, puff and foil, do not iron directly over the print. If ironing is necessary, apply heat to the reverse side of the fabric only. Embroidered garments are extremely durable and handle regular machine washing well. Sharing these care instructions with your customers helps your pieces look their best for longer.
