Custom Full Sublimated Singlet (MOQ 10)
Custom sublimated singlets from Garment Printing are made with sublimation printing, a process where a heat press turns solid sublimation ink on transfer paper into a gas at around 190 to 200°C and bonds it into polyester fibres.
Edge-to-edge designs cover the full surface of the singlet, including the front and back panels, side seams and armholes, so the artwork runs without white gaps. The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer on top, so the print does not crack, peel or leave a raised texture, and it holds its colour through repeated washing.
Sublimation reproduces full colour with no limit on the number of colours, gradients or photographic detail, so team logos, club stripes, camouflage patterns, names and numbers print from a single artwork file. Singlets are made from lightweight, breathable polyester that wicks moisture, which suits basketball, netball, athletics, running, CrossFit and gym training. The process works on white or light-coloured polyester, so supply vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) and your brand colours for accurate colour reproduction. Sports clubs, gyms, fitness brands and event organisers use custom sublimated singlets for team uniforms, training kits and merchandise.
Sublimated singlets are made from polyester or high-polyester-content fabric, because the ink bonds with polyester fibres when the heat press turns it into a gas. Cotton does not hold sublimation ink, so the base fabric needs to be polyester for a vivid, lasting result.
The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so the print does not crack, peel or feel raised. Colours hold through repeated washing and hard training sessions.
Edge-to-edge printing covers the whole surface of the singlet, so the artwork continues across the front and back panels, side seams and armholes with no white gaps. This allows full-colour designs such as gradients, stripes and patterns to run through the entire garment.
Names, numbers, logos and sponsor graphics print as part of the same artwork, so one design can carry a different name or number on each singlet. There is no limit on the number of colours, which suits detailed club crests and photographic elements.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF give the sharpest results, and a high-resolution PNG also works. Supply your brand colours as well, and note that sublimation prints most accurately on white or light-coloured polyester.
Our online design software lets you place your logo, colours, names and numbers on a singlet template and preview the result before you order. Sublimation prints full colour edge to edge on polyester, so you can test gradients, stripes and patterns across the front, back and side panels on screen first.
