You choose the cap style, such as a six-panel curved peak, flat peak or unstructured fit, and the colour, then upload your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG. Our team checks the artwork, matches colours where required and sends a proof for approval before production. Blank caps from brands such as Bocini, Ramo and AS Colour decorate well, and they suit sports clubs, schools, charities, events and businesses in construction, landscaping, agriculture and hospitality.

Custom embroidery stitches your logo into the front panel with polyester thread for a raised, durable finish, and 3D puff embroidery adds depth to lettering and simple shapes. Custom printing suits multi-colour artwork and fine detail, using screen printing for bold, hard-wearing colour or DTF and heat transfer for full-colour designs on smaller runs. Placement options include the front, side, back and peak, and our team will recommend the best method for your design and budget. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order one cap or several hundred, and orders placed before 11am can be completed with overnight turnaround.
