Embroidery is the most common and most durable decoration method for custom mesh caps, since the foam-backed front panel holds stitching cleanly. Screen printing and heat transfer vinyl are also available for simpler front panel designs, and PVC or woven patch application is a popular alternative for a raised, textured logo.
